I was born in Palermo, Sicily. From a young age, I experienced cooking as a way of connecting with the aromas and flavors that filled our table. My first culinary experiences were with my family, who taught me not only recipes, but also a respect for ingredients and a love of tradition.
After completing my studies in culinary and hospitality, that passion led me to travel and work in different places. From San Vito lo Capo and Positano to London and Geneva, each destination has enriched my experience and my culinary vision. Finally, my path led me to Mallorca, where I continue to share my love for this art.
My cuisine is deeply inspired by the Mediterranean, but over the years I have explored international influences that have enriched my style and technique. I believe in product quality, sustainability, and the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. My goal is to transform each meal into a sensorial journey, where passion and respect for gastronomy are the true protagonists.
